pieceofka ships worldwide!

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and ready to ship the following business day and no more than 2 business days at the most after the order is made.


jewelry comes packaged in the pieceofka brand box and is sent in protective sturdy cardboard box.


orders are shipped with UPS express mail worldwide.  Shipping to the US is free for other countries shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Expect to get your jewelry within these timeframes:


Express mail: 1-3 Business Days with tracking.

As a customer you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country if any.


at pieceofka we accept cancellations within 24 hrs of placing an order. If Cancelled you will receive a full refund of your purchase. To complete your cancellation, a receipt or proof of purchase is required (you can just reply to the order confirmation email) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns & Exchanges

we are happy to have you as a customer and want you to have a great, hassle free shopping experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the date you receive your package. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way. Also we cannot be responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended.

Returned items can be refunded at the above conditions (minus shipping costs) or exchanged for a different item. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the sender.

Mistakes in order details
